We are interested in working more efficiently with our customers. With that in mind we offer electronic order processing through electronic commerce, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and online purchasing.

Typically e-Commerce falls into one of three categories: Business-to-Business (B2B), which is transacting between two businesses; Business-to-Consumer (B2C), much like Amazon.com; and Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C), like eBay and other swap sites. E-Commerce includes systems which work with customers to reduce paperwork and make ordering and invoicing more efficient. Transactions or documents currently being submitted via mail, fax, or phone can be processed utilizing e-commerce.

Roche collaborates with its customers to develop and implement e-commerce initiatives that promote the electronic exchange of business transactions.
